My battery died, I called these guys, & they got to me really quick. The man they sent was highly unprofessional. He was on his phone the entire time.......i tried to talk to him & he told me to hold on b/c he was on the phone. It was unprofessional & rude. He also told me it'd be cheaper if I paid cash, but I wasn't informed that there was extra charge for debit when I called the tow truck. So I found an ATM. The dude didn't have any change on him, but he was insisting I pay cash? So he asked me to go run into a store and get change for a 20$. YOU wanted me to pay cash

The first time I used them was when my BMW broke down in the middle of the night and then the battery died, they were right on time when they said they were going to be there, got the car towed at a fair price and quickly. They also towed my car without damaging the car at all (car is lowered, so I would expect the bumpers to scrape) without using the tow hook (we couldn't find it). 4 days later, one of my best buds bought a new to him BMW M3, car had original battery in the car (13 years old) so it died while driving. So yesterday I was stuck at the post office in Everett . Locked my keys in after a long troubling last couple days in and out the hospital. I asked the post office if they had a coat hanger because I locked my keys. A gentlemen in line said when I’m finished I can help you get into your car .he did a great job and wasn’t even on the clock. Went out of his own way to help us and in this time it was a god send. Anytime I get locked out and saved it is a blessing but my daughter is dealing with health issues so I needed to be somewhere in a timely manner. I cannot express how thankful I am for

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Together we go these 50's cars from a local house and loaded on my carhauler. Only 1 car was running. 1 had no brakes and the rest didn't run. We used a little Ingenuity and determination to get this customer taken care of. They were patient and very safety conscious. Thanks to Mohammed and Ivan. I appreciate you guys!

John rescued us today after our boat trailer tire exploded on the freeway. Of course this had to happen on the hottest day of the year. But he showed up right on time, was pleasant to be around and gave us an excellent experience. He even helped us get our boat back into the garage with his expert and pristine backing skills, backed her right up into our garage safely and in a timely manner. He was awesome!! Thanks so much for saving us from the heat and getting our boat/trailer home safely.

My car's engine overheated on Sunday and my daughter and I got stranded. I called for assistance, and John towed our car to a repair shop. John was very nice, professional and helpful. He took care of everything quickly, with a positive attitude, and provided great service!!

My car alternator died and I had to have my car towed to the shop. The gentleman that came out to tow it was very nice, respectful and because of where my car was parked he had to push it out quite far and did not complain. Thank you, I will definitely use you again!

Odai Zarir was the gentlemen I worked with and he was well informed and very professional. He came out all the way to Port townsend and towed the car to Lynnwood. He loaded the car to the back of the truck and safely secured it. I felt like this was a new level of expediency and the man was passionate about his work. Thank you for gaining my trust and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Odai should be running his own ship. Thumbs up man!

They saved us! Took literally no time for them to come after my car overheated and I had to pull over. They picked up the call right away and sent someone our way, even though we had no address in an almost no reception area. The driver called us en route which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend to have Road Rescue number saved.

I tried to negotiate a parking lot tow agreement with a large, local towing company. They were extremely rigid with their unilateral agreement which they were unwilling to negotiate. Plus it would take days to go through their process and get a car towed from our property. Road Rescue was recommended to me by Everett Towing (Everett Towing doesn't do impounds). I called Joseph at Road Rescue. He met me within an hour with a simple, one page agreement that was simple for me to agree to and sign. In just a few hours, a deal was signed, warning signs went up and we were ready to tow unwanted

They were fast and so friendly, John was very accommodating! He made sure to stop by to grab my keys so I wouldn't have to wait any longer where I was stuck. He already had a car on his truck so he had to go drop it off and come back for my car. And when he dropped my car at the mechanics at night he dropped my keys in the drop and sent me a picture of my car safely parked. Above and beyond!!

Road Rescue Towing was very quick to arrive and had my car jump started and running in no time. He was very professional and made sure I was safe. I highly recommend this company. I will call them again should I need towing or roadside assistance.

The wheels and tires had been removed from my car by a thug. My insurance provider had dispatched two other operators, and both had failed to complete the job. Then Road Rescue came to the rescue. He was patient on the phone, communicated well, and completed a very difficult job - getting my wheel-less car to a tire store safely, so I can get it repaired and back on the road. Two thumbs up! Bravo!

I was stuck in the snow . It was snowing really bad and they got my car out of the snow, one of the workers drove my car down the hill for me safely . He informed me on how to get back home safely. Got set up with these guys through my insurance company. Insurance company notated I would not be with my car and the keys would not be onsite. Around 12:10 I was told they would be at the location in about 60 mins.

At 2:30 (an hour and a half after promised) I get a call from the tow truck driver telling me he needed the key. I advised the work order instructions and he say "look here, they didn't tell me that". I explained that this was no way to speak to a customer. If he needed the key he would have to wait 15 minutes for me to get there.

I arrive. No one

Very reasonable rates and worked with me when I ended needing the car towed twice. Don't hesitate to use, fair, honest, and efficient.

These guys got me out of a bind real quick. Quick arrival, took great care of my bike, and got me where I needed to be.

If you can avoid being stuck on the I405 median at peek hour do so, if not call Mohammed and he'll get you out

These guys are CLUTCH. Was stuck up in the north cascades deep in the forest roads and I can't begin to compliment them enough for the professionalism, help and timeliness they gave me. It was way out of their way and they took the job when Lake Stevens and Granite Falls companies would not help. As you can see truck was in a precarious position and they still got the job done. Highly recommended and the people who run it are great hard working people. Give em a chance!
