Driving like a drunk while hauling a truck in the snow, cutting people off brake checking and using there rear spot lights while driving, all caught on dash cam. Thanks for the middle finger my children got to see. Complete disregard for others safety.

Several thousand dollars worth of tools and personal items missing from my vehicle while it was in their possession. Vehicle damaged as well. Would give zero stars if possible.

Not your typical towing company that’s for sure. Friendly. They didn’t treat me like I owed them my first and third born. Believe it or not I even got a little refund. Sheri and her husband makes an incredible team.

These are the greatest people for towing I have ever met. So professional. Absolutely wonderful to make your day a little bit brighter in the mist of yucky. Would recommend them forever

Another towing company forgot about me and never came. I called Paulson's and initially they had nothing available but the owner himself moved some things around to fit me in and drove over himself and helped me in a jam. Reasonable price too. I cannot recommend them enough.

The drivers where very nice and polite they also did a very good job cleaning up the accident, the lady at the front desk of the office was also very nice and helpful

My story is similar to Tyler hovind... Paulson's towing came out on a routine job of towing my old pickup truck to the wrecking yard.. when the driver got to my home I offered him $100 to move my broken down motorhome 100ft to another spot on my property.. the driver again happened to be the new owner of the company and he explained his truck could not handle it correctly and he stared me in the direction of one of his competitors that could do the job.. his honesty and integrity and his advice which he did not owe me. Led me to somebody that got the job done later that day.. I cannot express enough

A driver with this company damaged my truck further that had been in a accident. He was backing up to get the other damaged car and scraped mine in the process. Just looked at the damage and looked over at me and did not say anything. I mean the truck was totaled in the end but it would have been nice for him to at least apologize. Poor class from him. I would recommend trying someone else.

My car got totalled in a hit and run. They were able to work with payments and help me get it salvaged. Very personable. If your car has to get towed, highly recommend.

I needed my car towed to a shop this morning. I had a limited amount of time to get it there and get a rental car before a scheduled meeting. The driver (turned out to be the owner, Chris) was right on time.
I get SEVERE motion sickness and explained this to the driver. He was patient, kind, understanding and drove like a grandpa so I'd feel safe.
He is the new owner as of November. All new trucks, new staff with the goal of running a reputable company. Not that I hope to have my car towed again, but if I do, I'll call them!
Highly recommended!

I will post my review after my upcoming experience on Monday at noon to see how they will work with me while I pick up my stolen then impounded motorcycle.

I was stuck trying to get into a parking lot, and was trying to clear it when a driver stopped to offer help. Very grateful they took that extra step.

This company takes advantage of the elderly. Charged $85 to jump a dead battery than the driver Doug had the audacity to ask a 92 year old women for a tip. I'm not surprised at these other reviews. Disgusting.

Friendly staff.. And accommodating. Yes. Cash only.. But.. Most tow companies are exactly that. Cash only.. We were stranded in Everett in December.around 9 pm.. Called Paulsons and someone came to get us within the hour.. Professional and reasonable. I've used them before when my 4 runner got totaled.. Before my car was towed by the police.. Paulsons came out at 7 am and saved the day.. They took care of everything and walked me through the process.
The driver was patient and reassured me as I was incredibly upset.. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Interesting to see an earlier post about the drivers and their driving. This morning I was almost hit by one of their tow truck flatbeds as it turned onto 196th from 50th making a left turn crossing several lanes of traffic while I was in the middle turn lane on 196th making a turn. Hello if you are crossing into my lane crossing 2 lanes of traffic and the turn lane while I am in the process of a turn I have the right of way. Clearly following the rules of the road is not important.

I'd had trouble with two othere companies assigned to pick up my donated car. Paulson's towing made my day. Kevin and Chris were here at 8:00! The time range was 8:00-12:00. Too cool! I didn't have to wait around. They were polite and fun to talk with and got the car loaded quickly. Thanks guys!

This company has no morals and is really bad. They overcharge, they are rude and they are not helpful I am reporting them to the BBB. save your money call AAA... oh and by thew way? Cash only.

If you like paying double or even triple what you should; this is definately the place! We were able to pay just under $500.00 after my friends scooter was impounded for 48 hours. True Story! See attached Bill

These are great guys to call if you want the corpse of a cyclist pressed against your vehicle when it arrives at it's destination. One of their drivers passed within a couple inches of me today with their flatbed so that he could get to the red light ahead of me.
