There are many options when it comes to care strategies, but only one that delivers across all criteria. In all respects, English Rose is in a class of its own. This is especially true in its selection and support of caregivers. We hire only 1 in 50 job applicants.
And all English Rose caregivers, regardless of prior experience, must successfully complete our extensive onboarding education program: 22 classroom hours and 20 hours of hands-on field training.Only then are they English Rose certified and allowed to provide one-on-one care to our residents and in-home clients.

The English Rose physical footprint is still quite small - we provide services in Minnesota's Twin Cities metro area.
