An Edmonds native who recently returned to his hometown, Tom started in the mortgage industry part-time during college (at Central Washington University) as a property inspector and notary public, before formally following his mother into the industry in 1991.
Tom has worn almost every type of "hat" during his 30 years as a Mortgage professional, working in wholesale and retail, conforming and non-conforming, management and sales; recently becoming a certified Designated Mortgage Broker in the State of Washington.
