MegaStar is a mortgage banker and a mortgage broker. MegaStar is licensed to do business in 22 states. MegaStar's pricing engine allows us to shop with several of the top banks. Our loans are processed, underwritten and funded using MegaStar's systems. MegaStar has its own funding line, which means the money for your home is there at closing.
Jeff is a licensed Mortgage Planner | Branch Manager NMLS-102315 and has been in the industry as a full time professional since 2002. He has passed testing with both the State of Washington and at the Federal Level, and he has taken the Washington Real Estate Agent class to further his understanding of purchase transactions.

Our realtor recommended Jeff when we purchased our Seattle town house 4 years ago. It was a really smooth transaction. Jeff is very professional and super knowledgeable. We still kept in touch after that since I have another property I was thinking of doing a refi on. He's always there to answer any questions I had and never being pushy.
