We offer a fully equipped gym with all types of cardio/strength equipment and free weights. We have a stairmaster, bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, three racks for powerlifting, squatting etc.,a s well as various machines targeting all areas of the body. In addition; a large selection of free weights we have kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, medicine balls, stability balls, BOSU balls, jump ropes, flex bands and mats.
Body Tech's professional trainers are some of the most experienced trainers in the Hamptons. All of our trainers have been training our clients for years. We pride ourselves in safe and affective training methods that promote strong bodies and healthy lifestyles & longevity. Our mission isn't to physically exhaust one, which many of today's fitness facilities are competing with each other to do so.

Was in Montauk for a wedding recently, and really wanted to get in a workout (weddings = gluttony, ya know). After a google search, and a yelp search, Body Tech was the only gym that seemed somewhat close by, with a decent selection of equipment. I was a little hesitant at first because a day pass costs $25! That's more than a Soul Cycle or Crossfit Class.... Non the less, I needed some fat burning action, so I headed to Body Tech.
