Originally from New Zealand, Gordon moved to the Hamptons' in late 2000 to play rugby for the Montauk Rugby Football Club. Through his rugby career, Gordon overcame multiple playing injuries including spinal disc surgery. Having been faced with multiple surgeries, Gordon finally found a solution to his underlying issues through movement therapy and functional strength and conditioning.

Jen is the best trainer I've ever had. She is encouraging while still challenging me to go up in weights or finish the rep with proper form. I find that she really cares and takes time with each client in the room, without making you feel like you're just another number. I look forward to her classes every time - I am SO glad she added the Sunday class as I come from the city and can't always attend her WeVolve class. The BEST!

The entire team at MuvStong is knowledgeable and very friendly. Classes are challenging but not intimidating and there are always modification and challenge options to accommodate a wide range of levels. Even as a relative newbie, working out there always feels like being on a team as fellow participants offer encouragement and motivation along the way. Love MuvStrong!

Love this gym! So much equipment!! The trainers are fabulous and know their stuff! If you have an injury, or a few, (like me), they know how to adapt and give you an exercise that you can do, while also helping to strengthen, and stretch it! Classes are small in size and I don’t feel intimidated! A gym with the most updated technology and equipment in a friendly atmosphere! Enjoy working out all over again!
