Services
We have performed property management services, servicing Stout University students, in single family, duplex type homes and apartments for 13 years. The purpose of our business is to build relationships with students by providing 24 hour emergency service and 24 hour contact to resolve minor issues plus help out where possible.
We have 2 full one bedroom apartments. These units include a living area, bedroom, kitchen, and a place to dine or do homework in the kitchen area, bathroom and closets/storage. Efficiencies are at 544 South Broadway. Studios are private bedroom, closet and a bathroom. Refrigerators are included in every Studio, also internet is direct wired to every apartment for best speeds.
Our office is at 544 S. Broadway across from The Market and across from Bremer Bank parking lot to the North of their lot. Directions once your at building: Go through the main entrance which faces Broadway and has a canopy going over sidewalk, go through 2 glass doors and down hall to a T section, go right, Our office on the left next to the mail boxes.
Efficiencies, Studios and Double Studios all come with full size refrigerator, private bathroom. Apartments have everything: Large refrigerator/freezer, Full kitchens, large private bath, large common areas, and large bedrooms. Safety/Security: Fire alarms in the halls are interconnected and tested monthly.

Do not rent at 544 Broadway! The building is a fire trap! Floors are uneven, electrical outlets will give you shocks and over heat your devices. Internet doesn't work most of the time and you'll need to buy a router. No window ac is allowed so get ready to spend $300+ on a portable unit. Building debris and remodeling materials stored in hallways. Missing drywall in back stairwell. Landlord lied and over charged for available city parking permits that are 4 blocks from the building! So check directly with the city treasurer. Noisy due to constant traffic below! The apartments are 100
