This is without a doubt, in my opinion, the best large scale rental company in the Eau Claire area. They truly care about their tenants and will work with you regarding any issue you may be experiencing. They are always eager to come and fix anything that needs to be fixed without delay. They reach out to you with plenty of notice about tours, inspections, and other road/building construction. Truly just a great great rental company.

Attentive and prompt with concerns that would arise, and fair rental rates, however, we did have a similar experience as other reviewers with our security deposit being wiped out with bogus charges. The least amount of security deposit we've ever gotten back considering how well we scrub everything down and make repairs before moving.

There may always be some mis communications and errors in a company that manages a large amount of properties. To me the important and reputable thing is that they are willing to work with tenants over any issues or concerns that may arise. My personal experience was just that. A few things had popped up over the three years I rented from River Valley. All I had to do was respectfully reach out to management to get things resolved. How you approach things makes a world of difference. They were very accommodating and professional with all my requests. I am appreciative overall for the opportunity

This was one of the worst rental experiences we have ever experienced. We have rented for the last 12-15 years and the most we have ever had taken from a security deposit was $50 for cleaning (because of a miscommunication between my wife and I over whether the stove had been pulled out already).
When we moved in with RVPM the carpet was filthy and literally falling apart. I spent the first three month getting poked in the foot from carpet tack that was coming up through the carpet--even in places that carpet tack should never had been used. There were grease stains on the walls and cabinets,

They gave us a quarter of our security deposit back despite doing everything on their cleaning list they sent us. The place was cleaner than when we first arrived. Upon calling to discuss, I was informed that the manner would only be taken care of through mail. I didn't even bother. The security deposit situation left a very foul taste in my mouth. Besides that, they weren't difficult to work with and reasonable with requests.

My friend refer River Valley PM to me and I also strongly recommend River Valley PM. I can say that River Valley is Number 1 property management in Natomas, Sacramento, CA. I contacted with some different PM companies, they are the only one who answer phones 24/7. They rent out my house in less than a week which I tried to rent by myself for two months.
