I explained that IMO the best balayage dimension comes from multiple sessions, each time lifting the hair as high as it can comfortably go.

Even after 14 years in the industry, swatching out my hair color is a must. I welcome the instances where rudimentary formulation and a little fancy foil work effortlessly fit the bill. But I crave the sessions that test my knowledge, as well as my skills, for my passion lies in being better today than I was yesterday.

If I could it would be no stars. This was my experience. I was wanting to do something spunky and spontaneous being that this year has been nothing but horrendous. I did research in nearby salons and found Medusa's Manor. I was intrigued with the high reviews both on google, Facebook and especially Yelp. What struck me the most was her story. Scheduled well in advance and came to an agreement on the price and expectations. I Texted the day before to confirm the time & was confirmed. The owner/stylist was a no show!! Waited over 20minutes, called and texted and still nothing. Horrible customer service and ruined my day because had an event to attend! Would never recommend because not reliable.

I love Brooke. The five-star reviews are not lying. She is insanely talented at what she does. And the best part is how awesome she is. She's adaptive, a great listener, and a fantastic conversationalist. She has a PROCESS (which she happily shares with you!) rather than going in and just hacking at your locks. She did a FANTASTIC job with my haircut and I really do regret not finding her earlier. Today I visited Medusa’s Manor and met Brooke and I must say she is amazing! She can look at any picture you show her, analyze it, and nail it. When I came in my hair was a mess with multiple layers from previous salons. From the moment I sat on the chair I felt at ease with Brooke's recommendations and appreciated her professionalism in assessing what had previously been done. I have been what seems like hair stylist hoping for the last year, and I have seen Medusa's salon on Yelp and put it on back burner for awhile. I kept coming back to Brookes website and finally took the plunge.
First Medusa's Manors website is amazing. Brooke lists all what she offers with price points and explains in detail what each service is for. She also offers online booking, which is great for people who need to book at odd hours like me.

My first experience with Brooke at Medusa's Manor exceeded my expectations. She really took the time to discuss my style vision. As I'm growing out my hair we not only talked about the current haircut but my goal style as well. I have anxiety issues and Brooke made me feel 100% comfortable and at ease. Brooke is amazing! She pays attention to detail and she makes sure you get what you want. I came in with a dire need for something new, a fresh start. She didn't stop until we achieved it, she is caring fun and entertaining and left me with not only incredible hair but with the ability to feel beautiful and confident.
