We had a great home-buying experience with Mike, even though we needed to buy our home during the COVID-19 pandemic. This was an unusually difficult time to purchase a home, but Mike got us through it smoothly and kept us informed every step of the way. He helped us navigate through seller multiple counter offers, an unusually difficult escrow company, and the rapidly changing pandemic protocols while seeing homes. Mike is a great real estate agent and a great person; we highly recommend him.

Mike sold our house and "sold" is not strong enough...he crushed it! We couldn't be happier. He explained the entire process to us which could be daunting from someone without Mike's knowledge and professionalism. I know it's crazy to say that selling our house was a breeze but it was. Mike was very precise at what point to price our house to get the most money and foot traffic we could without risking our house sitting on the market for an extended amount of time and getting stale. I can't say enough about how awesome Mike was throughout the entire home purchase process. From the work he did prior to and during our home search, to his excellent advocacy to negotiate the home and price we wanted, to his timely and responsive communication throughout the entire home purchase process, and then most importantly, his thorough and meticulous attention to detail during the inspection and closing process. His greatest attribute, "he listens" and then asks thought-provoking questions which insures you get what you really want. He's a true pro! He pretty much became part of our family
