Real Estate Strategies, Inc. (doing business in New Jersey as RES Advisors) is a woman-owned business formed in 1991 to provide advisory services in real estate and economic development. Market and financial analysis of real estate, including market-rate, mixed-income and affordable housing, office, retail and industrial facilities, and research parks.

RES provides market analyses for public funding including Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME and Housing Trust Fund dollars, Choice Neighborhood Initiative and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) projects. The firm completes an average of 30 affordable/mixed-income studies annually and works in numerous states including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, and Alabama.

RES prepares market studies for both for-sale and rental single-family and multifamily developments in urban, suburban and rural settings. In addition to general occupancy projects, we also study senior independent living developments. RES draws on our expertise in single-use projects to evaluate the market support for individual components of a mixed-use development.

RES assists developers of commercial/industrial projects identify target tenant types and appropriately size proposed developments. We complete site selection analyses for companies considering new locations. RES has completed two separate manufacturing site selection analyses for an established manufacturer in the aerospace sector.

RES provides the real estate market context for neighborhood and commercial district revitalization assignments. We frequently work as part of a project team with planning and urban design firms, providing information on the type and scale of various land uses that could be absorbed as part of an overall concept or master plan.
