Unfortunately our experience with wagner was a frustrating one. The realtor dealing with the property we were interested in was apparently overwhelmed by our, as well as others offers. Communication from her was beyond lacking. Upon multiple request for confirmation of our offer we received information that now only cash offers would be accepted due to the seller unwillingness to turn on the water. The bottom line is the wagner realtor had no control over her client in regards to timelines or even the way he wanted to sell the house. When we submitted a cash offer on Saturday we received no timeline

Bunch of petty crooks. Rented a house from them and it took them forever to fix anything if it broke, assuming they fixed it at all. Kitchen roof is leaking? Let's just re-stain the cabinets and replace the two drop ceiling panels. Then, they want to charge me for it when I move out. Good luck keeping my money for your incompetence. BEWARE! Do not buy what they are selling!
