Inferior experience
I have never dealt with a professional office like this. I recall making an appointment for 1/6/2022 for my 83 years old mother. At the time of making her appointment I provided them with my mother's insurance information. After she was examined I received a call from their office manager. He advised me that they do not accept her insurance, advised him to contact the correct number and he refused and repeated himself. She was charged $189.00.I contacted the insurance company and I was informed my mother has dental and they should accept her insurance. Contact the office manager

Do not recommend this place unless you enjoy overpaying for dental care. They charged me $714 over the course of a year for basic fillings. After finally questioning it, I found out they use codes and methods not covered by insurance. They will also try to upsell you every apt. Extremely disappointed.

I have been seeing Dr. Sheri for several years now, and I decided to do ALF for my TMJ and correcting the alignment of my teeth a few years ago. It had been a tough road for me emotionally and physically, but every time I had a concern, she listened to me well and tried to solve my issue. She was so patient with me. It took 2.5 years to finish it, and I am very satisfied with the result. Thank you very much for all the work!

I love this Dentist! I hadn’t been to a dentist for 2 years - due to moving and COVID - and was worried about going again. But I was warmly welcomed and am so thrilled with the level of care I am receiving. The staff is so friendly and kind and the Dr. is very knowledgeable. Overall amazing experience!

I am really blown away by the level of knowledge and in depth holistic treatments available in this office! After 40+ years of visiting dentists who took a quick glance at my teeth and X-rays and quite confidently told me “everything looks great” the 90 minute first appointment was a huge surprise (in the best way!) Dr. Shari was so thorough and detailed in her examination, her team shared my options, presented a full treatment plan, transparent with costs and any available insurance benefits. If you choose to go to this dentist make sure you understand that the “holistic” treatment options that they offer are NOT covered by insurance, and they’re very expensive. A filling that would typically cost you $40 can cost you over $200 at this dentist.
These costs are not broken down very clearly when they discuss your treatment plan with you, so it seems very deceiving and seems like a scam to get customers to pay more out of pocket for treatments.
We will be taking our business to another dentist in the area.

The dentist and the hygienists are knowledgeable. Support staff and billing are questionable at best. Three years ago, I was a regular patient. The doctor recommended a costly, and unexpected, treatment option. When I asked for time to consider, I was told that my record would indicate that I denied recommended (but optional) care. I proceeded with the treatment. Billing staff did not mention that I had a statement credit that could be applied to the cost of this treatment until I explicitly asked. I don't know why the credit was not automatically applied, nor do I know why I had to ask. I will

Best dental experience I have ever had. First time I have had a holistic approach to my care which made a huge difference in how I think of my dental care. It’s not just about teeth but about your entire well being. Dr. Sheri was amazing and explained everything. Lydee was also excellent and had great bedside manor. Would highly recommend. I had a cavity filling without anesthesia and it was painless. Also they don’t use toxic materials which is another plus!
