They were super helpful I went to them when I got into a car accident they took care of everything and immediately set up an appointment to see some doctors super friendly staff. I was at a restaurant on the strip trying to order my food when the chair broke and I fell on my back in front of everyone. No one would help me and the restaurant blamed it on the chair and the chair blamed It on the restaurant and my claim was denied. I got into a car accident and was handling my claim on my own with Allstate. Everything seemed to be going ok. Well, the issue is that the person that hit my vehicle was driving a rental vehicle and by law, the rental company as the owner of the vehicle has to provide excess auto coverage for minimal state limits. They of course never want to do this. I had so many issues even getting them to extend coverage to me. It was becoming a nightmare.
