Santa Fe Community Yoga Center
For over 25 years, Santa Fe Community Yoga Center has provided affordable, high-quality yoga and holistic healing to the people of Santa Fe. With over 55 weekly offerings in our two beautiful studios, we have a wide selection of yoga styles and levels. We have at least one donation-based class open to the public each day, as well as some of the only Prenatal/Postpartum yoga classes in town (which will always be donation-based).

Our classes offer a safe and comfortable space to explore both the general aspects of yoga and the more subtle energies that exist within the practice of yoga. We are a 501(c)(3) organization and depend on the financial support of our students and our community. If you would like to support our center and its mission, please visit our Support Us page!
Services
All class passes never expire and can be shared with friends and family, with the exception of our monthly unlimited classes. You are able to buy class passes online by visiting our Mindbody website. Class passes and memberships may not be used for workshops, retreats, energy clinic or other special events, and are non-refundable.
In these challenging times, it is more important than ever to check in on one another. That's why we've organized several online tea time events over the coming days where our community can connect and converse in a loosely structured format. All are welcome. We look forward to seeing familiar faces and making new friendships.
Our scent free, serene studios are cozy, quiet and very affordable spaces to hold retreats and workshops. We do not rent our space for ongoing, weekly classes that are listed on our schedule, but workshop series are available. We require a 50% deposit on rentals in order to reserve your date. Your deposit is fully refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least thirty days from the start date of the event.
Not only is Viktoria one of our amazing teachers at Santa Fe Community Yoga, but she is also the sole creative force behind our outdoor mural as well as the artwork painted directly on our studio walls. Viktoria donated over 100 hours of her time to bring this public artwork to the studio grounds. She is available for private murals and art commission, including custom painted yoga mats.
Note: We are offering free access to our online classes for local students. Please e-mail us with a request for a Yoga in Schools pass, and include a photo of your student ID if possible. The Yoga in Schools (YiS) program was created in 2002 and has offered a yoga-based, alternative movement class in the Santa Fe public schools each semester of each year since its inception.

What an excellent yoga studio! I live in NorCal but have family in Santa Fe. Whenever I'm in town I try to catch at least one yoga class here. It's affordable, friendly and low attitude. Excellent class quality w/personalized attention.

I'm in town for business, and found this studio via Yelp. I was able to join the Friday 5:30pm donation class, and loved it. The studio staff was very welcoming and had mats available to rent, for whatever amount as a donation. The studio has a cork floor and blocks, straps, and blankets available. The teacher, Christina, led an amazing class supplied with multiple pose modification options if needed. It was a wonderful class- thank you!

This is a great studio offering classes in all levels. Each of the several teachers I have now practiced with has had a very peaceful demeanor and the ability to connect and hone into the specific energy of their students and to lead a great class. There is a spiritual bent here, and many classes end with lovely affirmation mediations and reflective rest. I enjoy this place very much.

Recently hosted a corporate event in Santa Fe and asked the SFCYC to lead our group in a little 'Stretch Session' and talk about their Yoga In Schools program. It was wonderful! Laura was our instructor and it couldn't have gone any better. I appreciated that she really thought about our group and our goals while keeping our physical limitations in mind. This is a fantastic organization that does some really inspiring work. If you have the chance to take a class with them . . .DO IT!!

Santa Fe Community Yoga is non profit and is definitely about community. The teachers are great, the prices are right and most importantly, the vibe is positive, mellow, inclusive, sincere and perfect. It's hands down the best yoga school in Santa Fe.

Everyone is welcome at SFCYC. I have a daily practice and attend many of the Santa Fe yoga studios. I have a strong practice and find the teachers at SFCYC to be excellent, compassionate and insightful. I often practice with my 12 year old daughter at this studio. Kids, teens and the new student are welcome here. Nothing but praise for this studio!

This is a non-profit and probably has the least expensive class fees in town. If you're interested in the yoga "scene" then you might prefer some of Santa Fe's other studios, however if you like small classes taught by great teachers I recommend this place. Plus your fees help support free yoga in public schools.

I attended my first class here on the very first day I moved to town. I purchased the new student special (unlimited yoga for ten days for $25) which is an incredible deal. I only wish I could have done more classes, alas work tends to get in the way. I did what I could and have had the pleasure of practicing with several instructors. I've enjoyed each one of them and have returned to classes with Viktoria and Anjali. I love the space, both in and outdoors, the philosophy and special offerings (events, clinics, classes by donation). I love being part of a non-profit yoga community. Oh, and

I have tried several studios in town, and I find that SFCYC is the one I can depend upon to drop the pretenses I so often find in other studios and just get down to good, sustainable practice techniques. The instructors and other students are friendly, and I never feel out of place or "not good enough". There is no sense of competition, just lots of support and encouragement to go at your own pace but still try something new.

I have now gone to three classes and liked them all. Instructors all careful, kind, and well prepared. Small numbers in each class make you feel safe and welcome.

I love Yoga.
I Love the Santa Fe Community Yoga Center.
I want to share with you just how great the SFCYC really is. If you're at all hesitant about dropping in for a class, don't be. They are the kindest sweetest nicest people here and all they want to do is share their love of Yoga with the community at large. The drop in fees are cheap, very cheap. They have daily happy hour yoga for $5, and some days they have it twice. Just go to their website, which has the full schedule, lists bios of all the instructors, and gives the fee structure. It is a small studio but what I've learned

I started going to yoga classes at Santa Fe Community Yoga in August 2012. I've loved every class I've attended here! Not only are the teachers positive, they also incorporate possible modifications into every pose. This keeps the class flowing for everyone. More advance students receive the practice they want while new students get the instruction they need! Yay to wonderful yoga.

Also, SFCYC offers free yoga classes for local middle school and high school students. So, yes, good for middle school and high school aged kids. :)

Went there twice at an advertised class time and no one showed up either time. Ran into some other unhappy people who were also expecting a class. Talked to a few of them and this seems to be standard practice. I love the idea of community yoga, but I can't be more committed than the teachers.
