Emily started with us in September of 2020 and is the Office Manager of our new West Plains Dental. Previously working as a DA instructor, she has over eight years of experience in the dental field. When asked what her favorite part about her job is she said, "That everyone working here has one common goal: giving all our patients the best possible dental care."

Dr. McKennon grew up in the Spokane area, attending Lewis and Clark High School. He attended Eastern Washington University for his undergraduate studies then Louisiana State University for his dental school studies. He has been in practice since 2003. Dr. McKennon and his wife Sara have 3 children, Gracie and twin boys Liam and Finley.

I cant express the kindness and friendly way you are treated here.
I love the receptionist ( I’m sorry first visit, can’t remember your name) she is so sweet and very helpful. Stacey who did all my images was also so sweet and gentle very easy to talk to.
Dr. McKinnon was just so down to earth and kind. You don’t feel scared or worried. They just take good care of you. I’ve had horrible dentists in the past and these people know what they are doing and make sure you are comfortable.

Everyone was so kind and friendly! I cannot express how much I appreciated my hygienist, Janine. She took the time to explain to me what she was doing and checked in with me often. I’ve never had such a good experience! The gals at the front desk were kind and the dentist was friendly and responsive. Overall this has been the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office!

West Plains Dental is a step above. The office itself is gorgeous and calming, top notch. Staff are kind, have always be seen promptly, Dr is gentle, keeps me informed through each appointment/procedure and Techs are the silver lining. Yesterday needed more work done than anticipated and was able to be seen next day to wrap up the work! Happy to say I have finally found a Dental office I enjoy visiting.

Dr McKennon and his dental staff are the best!! They have it all. A great office, amazing caring people, and the best dentistry and dental cleanings. I highly recommend this office. I am a dental hygienist also and travel from the Spokane Valley because I trust them with my care and also with my family and friends completely. Thank you for your continued care. 😊
