I just tried to give them another chance and the lady didnt want to help me and treated me as if I was going to try to steal something. I bought several charms ($385) from them during black weekend without too much of an issue. My wife bought several items on pandora.com during their black weekend special also. She just opened them today and a bracelet didn't want to close, so I came to MJ diamond because they are supposed to be a Pandora dealer and I wanted them to look at the bracelet and I wanted to look at another one to see how it was supposed to close. Took Movado watch in for battery replacement and it was ready the next day. Purchased watch elsewhere they wanted to send it out for the battery and would have taken 3 weeks 🤦🏽‍♀️ From now on I will purchase my jewelry from MJ Diamonds.

They have fair prices and a nice assortment. However, they do not have clear communication about promotions and offers between the staff. The manager told me multiple times that they do not honor Pandora promotions even though I had called and spoke to a lady on the phone to make sure they would honor it. I waited patiently since they had a line but I felt as if the manager was just trying to rush through my transaction and just get rid of me. Eventually they were able to sort the transaction out, but it shouldn't have been this frustrating. The lady I talked to on the phone was there the entire
