Toni is wonderful! Had a great time talking with her and walking around the store and looking at everything they had while I waited for my watch batteries to be replaced. Very friendly staff, very nice and clean envirornment. My family and I have been going to the 14 Karat Team for many years and will definitely continue to bring our business here!

This establishment is fantastic! Susie and her coworkers went over and above normal business practices. Due to the delays at the post office I was in search of a present two days before Christmas. The wonderful people here were able to accommodate my request for something in my price range. I ended up walking out the next day with a beautiful pair of custom made earrings, which were of much higher value than I was asked to pay. I cannot express enough gratitude for their kindness and professionalism. I would most certainly recommend this jeweler.

I went here looking for a possible engagement ring and the lady basically told me they were too busy to help and that I'd have to come back later. There was only one other person in the store. She also sized me 3 sizes too small and was acting as if was nuts for browsing the higher priced rings

My husband bought me some gorgeous hand crafted ruby/diamond earrings from Victor and Susie this Christmas (2017). Awesome place! Great customer service. Susie waited on my husband when he purchased the earrings and she was so patient with him. He commented when I opened the gift of earrings that the "lady who waited on me was so sweet". I am rough with my jewelry and of course ended up needing a repair on it only four days later. I brought them back in and Victor waited on me. RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. I went in looking for a wedding band and was treated very poorly and not greeted for quite a while after walking in. I was not wearing the nicest clothes as I was painting earlier that day, guess that was a bad idea. I went to Rodgers and Hollands after I left there and got friendly service & found the same exact band with MORE diamond weight for literally less than HALF of the price.
