Sri Krishna's Chairman, Mr. Shiv Charan, a visionary, set up the first store in 1967 and pioneered refined manufacturing techniques in the early 70's. He is an appointed "jewellery valuer" by the Government of India since 1973. Mr. Pradeep Kumar, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Sri Krishna has expanded the business worldwide setting up operations in India, USA and Hong Kong.

Sri Krishna Jewellers store at Banjarahills launched in 2010 is a massive space of over 10,000sqft. It offers an array of certified gems and jewellery. Our Research and Development wing helps us stay ahead of the industry and expand the business world wide by adopting latest technology, innovative designing and manufacturing techniques.
Sri Krishna jewelers came to my home in Austin, TX and did a small show of their latest designs for me and my friends. Me and my friends had an amazing time hanging out with the jewelers and trying out their latest designs. I visited the trunk show in Indianapolis. I love their jewelry designs and the customer service.

They are not fair. I purchased a diamond item in 2005 which was expensive and when I went now to exchange they quoted a price which is far lesser than what I paid at the time of purchase. I never expected such attitude from them. I think people should be cautious of future purchases from these people. I think they are a sinking ship

Received worst customer service from Dasarath. They don’t stick to what they say to customers. We really had bad experience with them. We were planning on purchasing jewellery, they asked us to pay some amount to hold the piece and we did pay using credit card which they mentioned would refund if plans change. When we returned next business day they say we cannot refund the money as the date changed and credit card refunds are done same business day only. Oh so they didn’t know this earlier while processing credit card, if so how could they say we will refund. They are not transparent at all
