Since 1989, we have been providing individualized therapeutic massage sessions, including a variety of effective massage therapy techniques and Integrative Therapies, with a strong focus on achieving noticeable results. Located in the Olde Federal Building in Downtown Augusta, we serve clients in greater Augusta, Hallowell, and surrounding Central Maine communities.

We first discuss your needs and goals for massage therapy. A common goal might be to reconnect with a sense of peace and calm when you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed. This is valuable in supporting the immune system as well as helping to deal successfully with life's challenges, and encouraging other positive changes you may be making.
Services
Our therapists strive to promote wellness, relaxation, healing, and long term relief from chronic back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, fibromyalgia, headaches, and other muscle pain and injuries, with therapeutic massage techniques, integrative therapies, and client education.

Since 1990, my practice has been devoted exclusively to treating chronic pain, muscle tension, and injuries with a variety of effective massage and bodywork techniques. My interest in massage evolved gradually due to a childhood injury which led to severe nerve and muscle pain over the next decade. I consulted various health practitioners, but got my best pain relief from deep massage.
Swedish Massage is a traditional massage technique for relaxation, stress reduction and circulation; it promotes self-awareness, and positive life changes. This revolutionary method uses the science of motor control to quickly change the compensatory patterns you may have developed in response to an old injury, but which are now generating tension and pain in the compensating muscles.
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, HSA or Flex Spend accounts, and personal checks. Payment is expected at time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. Below are rates with time of service payment discount. We currently are not billing for health insurance but will gladly provide a receipt with a CPT code to help you seek reimbursement from your insurer.
We are located in the Olde Federal Building in historic downtown Augusta. We are on the second story and fully handicap accessible, with ramps in both the front and rear of the building and elevator. One hour parking is located on-street in the front of the building, and two-hour parking is available at the rear of the building.

I relocated to Maine several months ago. My neck has been very painful with spasms, which I have dealt with since my surgery. Beth has helped me survive my first Maine winter. I have seen Beth several times and my neck feels so much better. I can actually move my neck in all directions now. Beth is very bright and knowledgeable about the human body and anatomy. I would strongly recommend Beth. She will most definitely help you with any pain issues.

Beth is very skilled. She helped me when some very smart doctors could not.
