I have been told that I have a natural gift for being a massage therapist along with a strong desire to help people. I Graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy located in Worcester, Massachusetts in May of 1995 where I earned my certificate and was licensed by the state. I am an active member of the A.M.T.A. and also passed the certification exam from the National Certification Board of Massage Therapy.
Continuing education courses has enabled me to offer the most up to date and beneficial techniques in therapeutic bodywork. I use the technique of integrating various modalities such as Stretching, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Sports massage, Acupressure, Prenatal/ Postpartum/Pregnancy massage, Reflexology, and Reiki into each session depending on the persons individual needs.

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
