Meet brother and sister Chris and Michelle Papas. They've had a passion for jewelry since they were kids. Chris was only 7 years old when he started helping his uncle Gus around the jewelry store. In 2007, Chris & Michelle followed their dreams and opened their own location. I shopped here for the first time today, I was in search for my wedding band and a little gift for myself to wear on my wedding day and all I have to say is I found my new jewelry store! The staff was so friendly and I mean everyone, it felt like I was with friends. I also had the jeweler polish and clean my engagement for my big day and wow it looks brand new! I'm not sure how their diamond/jewelry service is but I would ABSOLUTELYYYYY NOT RECOMMEND(!!!) bringing in your watch here for any repairs/battery replacement.
I was charged $20 to replace a battery for a low end Tag watch. Service was quick, staff was friendly.
I come home and I see THREE(!!!) different scratches on the back of the watch. Clearly from them trying to pry open the back panel. My watch was spotless when I brought it in. Now I have the pleasure of being inconvenienced to return to their store to have them fix their mistake.
I come back and they offer to rebuff the scratches. Unfortunately

From begining to end my experience has been nothing short of amazing. This is my second time shopping here and Chrinsanthi helped me twice she is so helpful and patient and super nice . I rarely buy good quality jewelry, but if I do the only place I’d ever purchase from is Papa’s Gold City.
All my jewelry from my communion necklace as a child to my engagement ring as an adult are from here. They are a top notch family business. Chris and Michelle - as well as all other staff - treat every person that enters like family.
5 stars doesn’t do this place justice. Every time I’m there, I don’t want to leave!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had making a big purchase. I purchased an engagement ring for my fiance from Chris and the quality, customer service, and price could not have been better. Chris spent hours educating me about diamonds, and I felt he was always giving me his honest opinion. They will not pressure you to make a decision, and take the time to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for. Gold City is a family owned business, and everyone from the owners to the girls that work the counter are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I felt they had my best interest at heart
