We work diligently to meet the special needs of each and every client, as well as their families. We offer services in Philadelphia, as well as surrounding areas. Starting home care cases from scratch (the process takes 3-9 months and we have helped clients get into the program between 1-3 months) we call on behalf of the clients so they don't have to get confused or stressed with paperwork.

Services
For close to 30 years, the founders of Pristine Home Care, LLC have built their roots into the Philadelphia community. The compassion and dedication to community began long before the inception of a home care service. Pristine moves forward based on doctoral research that reveals that there is a great shift taking place in how our loved ones should receive care.
The service plan covers a customized plan based on the client's request. Some clients need full care while others just want someone to take them on walks. We offer assistance with bathing and dressing, assistance with assistance with ambulation and transfers and help preparing and service healthy diets.
Caregivers work in the home and help their clients with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, taking medication, and some housework. Caregivers help clients make and keep appointments with doctors, provide or arrange transportation and serve as a companion for their clients.

Pristine home health care is true to their beliefs they make my family feel like theirs and my mother has no complaints at all about her care or help that they give and assist her with I truly recommend it if you truly care for your loved ones Because with them your family and they take care of their own and they are also a great company to work for and are willing to help you above and beyond

Where do I even begin! Let’s just begin with your unprofessional staff. As I walked into the office I found myself in front of two employees that spoke very ill about a client in Spanish ... the two not realizing I understood Spanish. Very disturbing! Let me just also provide the inside input of my experience on a few home health aides sent to my home.
