I had a issue with a part of my car causing water to leak in. I brought it in to have it repaired but the next time it rained it was still an issue. I called back and they made it right no questions asked. That's good service that I commend. They have nice courtesy cars that one can use for free while the car is being repaired. They are as generally friendly and will try and understand the issue with your car. 9/10 points, lost one due to missing the issue at first but earned the rest with service.

I had an insurance claim repair done on an older car and am so happy with Eustis Body Shop. They worked with my insurance company and repaired my car in a timely manner. The entire car looked better than when I dropped it off since they vacuumed the interior and washed and clear coated the exterior. I would recommend this business.

The only issue I had with Eustis was my vehicle was not done when promised. It was suppose to be ready on a Thursday and I was forced to wait until the following Monday to pick it up, which was an inconvenience. Otherwise the work was excellent and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They could be slightly better at communicating but otherwise I would highly recommend them!

Even though they haven't repaired our vehicle yet. Our Geico agent met us at Eustis Body Shop to estimate what it's going to cost us to repair our vehicle. NO.1 the Geico adjuster was was fantastic vertical friendly told us don't worry about anything we will take care of it. NO.2 EUSTIS BODY SHOP treated us fantastic and they didn't know if they was going to do the body work or not! After the treatment we got from them they're definitely working on our car very nice people. Thank you Geico!! Thank you Eustis and I'll recommend Eustis to anyone they care about you and I appreciate that! Like I said

Well unfortunately I had to use this fine establishment because someone decided to hit my vehicle. They were awesome at explaining the process to me. As a matter of fact, they did a better job of explaining the process than progressive did. It's been a few months since they did the work for me and everything has held up nicely. If it came down to it, I would most certainly use them again. Kind, knowledgeable, and speedy. Fully recommended.

" They have got it together " You can tell they take pride in what they do. Super nice Customer Service from the first phone call to communication along the way, to picking up Our car that looks brand new. Excellent business to work with for your car repairs needs! Everybody was very friendly that I worked with and fully answered any questions I had about the repair process. I was very impressed with the quality of the work that was done. It was also an added bonus that they had loaner cars available for customers to use, so I didn't need to worry about coordinating to get a rental one.
