Very disappointing!
You will not get what you pay for...
me and my family placed an order for a family friends birthday to be delivered, we ordered a deluxe bouquet on the website and the quality of what was received did not look anything like the photos, for the $95 the bouquet was very poorly filled with the wrong flowers and colors too... it looked like a DIY at home flower bouquet. the plastic it was wrapped in was poorly cut and you could see the rough edges, the ribbon they tied it with was cut uneven and stringy as well and falling apart, on top of that they chose a brown color that did

Very rude staff. I came a few weeks ago to buy flowers for my birthday and was treated very poorly. I asked the staff to let me see some flowers and they told me to move to the side since they were busy preparing for Valentine’s Day. I noticed the flowers/roses they were ranging were of very poor quality compared to some I had bought 2-3 weeks prior but nevertheless I asked to see them and was told to move, to wait outside or to come back much later. Paid over $80 for a "rose bouquet." When I go to pick up my order, they put only cheap, off-color roses - no white or red roses whatsoever. When I asked why they didn't put in any red or white roses (yanno, the most popular and expensive), they said "I had to be explicit." Moreover, at least a third of the flowers are of low-quality/dying. Would never buy again from this thieves.

Walked in to buy some Valentine's Day flowers. I asked how much 1 dozen roses would be, they told me $78! I didn't say anything about the ridiculous price instead I was with my 3 year old daughter who saw some carnations in the window. I asked if I could buy a single one for my daughter and how much. They lady responded they would not sell any to me because they were for other arrangements. I'll never go in there again, experience couldn't have been any worse.

This flower shop is the best in town. The customer service is extraordinary. They delivered the flowers the same day and at a very affordable price. All of the flower displays are fresh and imported. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this flower shop. It means a lot to me. Highly recommended!

While visiting a friend in Jersey City, I saw that she had a beautiful centerpiece on her table. She said that she had purchased it from Exchange Place Florist so they were top of mind when I needed to purchase flowers of my own last week.
I had placed an order through an online flower company but after five days of it continually being delayed and me having to call every day for a status update, I ended up cancelling the order and deciding to place the order directly with a Jersey City florist.
Due to COVID-19, a lot of Jersey City florists were closed according to Google but Exchange Place

Amazing!!! They are so personal and very responsive via email. They delivered a beautiful bouquet better than anything I could have ordered online. They have my business! No more online flowers. I am just in awe. They were able to deliver a beautiful, full bouquet on Valentines despite all the extra business. Absolutely amazing!

Yumi did an arrangement for my wedding, and not only did she make a beautiful, seasonal inspired arrangement but she went to the location ahead of time to measure and prepare something perfect for the space. She was so lovely to work with, went the extra mile, and did a gorgeous job! Highly recommend this florist.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I've used this florist several times and each experience has been great - so much so that I felt compelled to leave this review. This place really helped me out today as the past couple days got stressful at our new apartment. The ladies made a beautiful arrangement for our new apartment today! We just moved into the area and the moving in process became really stressful for my girlfriend and I. I decided to surprise my girlfriend with a flower arrangement for our new living room and she loved it!

Very unprofessional service. My friend sent me flowers as I just had a major operation. They called me and the first thing said to me was "are you home" without stating who this was calling from. Then they delivered the flowers only to the reception and since I had an operation I could not go down to pick it up. Very disappointed with the service.

The store has a nice window display, which caused us to go in on a couple occasions and get arrangements for our home. I ordered a bouquet and balloons to be delivered on the day of my son's first birthday (first phone order with them). I asked for the delivery to come as early as possible (10 am) so he could enjoy them on his special day. Come 7:00 pm, nothing had arrived. I had a birthday dinner with no flowers. Another florist in the area, Noah's Ark, saved the day and put together a nice bouquet and balloons. When I called Exchange Place Florist to ask for explanation and refund
