Arrangement was beautiful, as it was Valentine's Day I hoped for either red or pink flowers as depicted in the photo or better Options for that occasion online! Despite my seriously inconvenient timing and request, they made an extremely beautiful arrangement and still managed to deliver it next day, and really early, too!
This team is amazing - I've ordered flowers from them a few times. Their flowers are always fresh and last truly a very long time. The delivery time is impeccable, always same day available (which was a true life-saver on a few occasions when I forgot life events, yet they helped me look as if I was on top of things) - thank you guys!

I really like Hudson Florist, especially for fresh flowers. But I was very disappointed today. Their on-line listing said they were open until 2 pm. We arrived 40 minutes before closing time and they were shut tighter than a drum. I bet they are not open tomorrow, Memorial Day, either although the listing says the open at 9 am. This is NOT in my neighborhood, I had to drive to get there. Ended up going to Trader Joe's where I got a nice assortment and a bigger bunch for about $7 less. But that was not my first choice.
I really don't mind them taking off the holiday weekend. I mind the inconvenience

Really bad experience. Placed a large "upgraded" order. Flowers were delivered in the evening (after the work day). The recipient didn't receive them till the next day. I called to check on them during the day and were assured they would get there. When I called the next day to voice my dissappointment the management team blamed COVID. We have all been living in COVID for over a year. If COVID is preventing you delivering on time, that should be made apparent at time of ordering

The transaction was smooth, however, I thought the money tree looked tiny, so I wanted to upgrade to a different plant since it was very expensive. I was told that the owner wasn’t there and that she can’t help me. After some pushing, she finally said that I could change my plant to a different one, but that I could only pick a $20 one. I paid $65 for my plant.
In the end, I decided to just take the money plant. Was not happy about this experience, but at least the money plant looks good and healthy.

I love it here! I can get lost for hours lol. When they're stocked, the bounty is so nourishing. Plants are wide in selection and always look healthy. I love Betsy! She's friendly with customers and has the perfect energy that plants need to grow. Though coming here since opening 2 yrs or so ago, I had my first experience with Betsy arranging a bouquet, of which I chose the flowers- I mostly come here for plants and ONE type of flower. I didn't even have it in mind to do what Betsy wound up doing! She literally added yet another affirmation to my already bright day 🌞
