First of all horrible customer service! This guy gives false information. Charged more than original estimate. Took bout 45 mins longer than eta he had gave us. Then was rude with no care for me and my family who was waiting stuck with a broken down car in the cold. I also noticed when. Looking for other tow companies that they falsely give negative reviews to other tow companies to make themselves look like the best choice. I would never recommend anyone to this company . Nothing but false advertisement bad customer service and over charging prices. They got a lot of work to do to improve

Best service I was in the freeway coming home from Bakersfield I went to visit my cousin and my car tire popped and cesar came so fast less then 20 minutes and he fixed the tire and my Toyota was fixed no problems I recommend sideline good service!!!

Great fast service and reasonable price in the city! My friend and I were driving back home from San Jose to Orange County. Unfortunately, my car has a flat tire when I drove on the I-5 high way. When my dealer's roadside assistance took us to the nearby city, Bakersfield, my dealer's service closed. It was over 6p.m. at that time. I finally found a tire shop, called "The Rim Shop & Tires" who was willing to wait me until 8p.m. So, the only thing I need to do is to find a towing company to take my car to the shop. I called over 15 local companies, and most of them took an advantage of me that either

My family had a rough travel today 5/27/19, truck problems in Fresno, Ca. AAA gets a 2 thumbs Dow today for having them wait over 2.5 hrs long, which I'm very surprised. Needless to say, we finally settled that situation, they would now be towed to Bakersfield then we would have to figure out how to get to LA. While in transition to Bakersfield. I start calling places to tow them from Bakersfield to LA, after calling about 5 places that couldn't possibly accommodate & didn't want to take chances, I came across Sideline Towing, readily available especially on this Memorial Day
