Perry is amazing! Our trailer bearing came off and he was helping someone else in the same area and he totally came over to help us. He was amazing super professional and very knowledgeable. He has a big heart to help us while broken down. He even called to check up on us once we were on the road to make sure everything was smooth sailing. Amazing service amazing person amazing heart! Turbo on my rig gave out on me for the 3rd time leaving me stranded in Bakersfield for 2 days after getting my trailer repowered by a buddy i was able to give Perry a call. We went over some details he gave me a price and i expressed to him my situation and he was able to work with my budget very fair. Upon arrival Perry was cool, chill, and down to earth he got my rig loaded up properly and we were on our way. Thanks again Perry, hopefully i don’t have to see you anytime soon but if i do ever need another tow I’ll be sure to call you.

Our motor home broke down on the highway, stranding my daughter, granddaughter & horses. We called Big Rig Service, Perry answered and said he would be on his way shortly. Someone else picked up my granddaughter and horses, leaving my daughter alone on the side of the highway. Perry arrived very timely, his professionalism and good manners made my daughter feel totally comfortable in his company. He brought our daughter and rig home safe and sound.
He made a horrible experience turn out not so bad!!!

I’m a OTR driver of an 18 wheeler although most days go without any mishaps today was not one of those days .. it’s raining I’m tired about to have my first home time in 4 months
I’m on my delivery here in Bakersfield California at the Target distribution center
At the last moment while dropping my trailer I realized I forgot to drop my landing gear
And my trailer drops to the floor
what could of been massive in price and time consuming I First called a competitor of Perry”s Big Rig Towing who was going to charge me double and take twice as long to get to me
Perry came out and in
