Shout out to GENE! of Genes24hourroadservice.com in Taft, CA!! Our company van broke down, he was there to fix it within an hour and fixed a bearing on the side of the road, safety checked the van and got our driver back on the road again!!! My front left tire got shredded on the way to LA. They had a tow truck to me within 30 minutes. It was very reasonably priced. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and their tow truck driver was great and very good at his job. I will definitely call Bakersfield Towing again if I’m ever in need of towing! Just gotta remember to save this number.

I was able to get a hold of them very quickly. Much quicker than I was expecting actually. They were able to dispatch someone to my location and tow my vehicle to a mechanic shop. The process was quick and painless, although I can’t say it’s fun watching our vehicle get towed.
But this situation went as smoothly as it possibly could of given the circumstances. I have no complaints and certainly no regrets with my decision to hire them. Would recommend without a doubt in my mind.

They were able to tow my vehicle in an emegrency like fashion. Coordinating their tow truck to my destination was an extremely straightforward and stress free process. I didn’t expect this to go as smoothly as it did, but with this company I was in for a surprise. I can’t emphasize my recommendation for them enough. Best towing company hands down. That simple. I lost my car keys while at campus, and agreed to meet me in the parking lot at 7 AM. He was prompt, friendly, courteous, and got my car loaded in good time. We made it to my car dealership, and he offered me a ride. He also honored the price he'd given me the evening before on the phone, which was honestly lower than I'd expected it to be. No tricks, no surprises. Just straight-up awesome service.

A quick and professional towing experience by a conditioned company. I was able to coordinate a towing service for my vehicle quickly and without any hassle.
