Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a term used for a program to help you manage your medications and health conditions. Do you want to know how best to take your medications to get the most from your medications?. Would you like to have a complete list of the medications you take for your personal use?.
As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.

I love this pharmacy. Often, when you walk in, you see the owner. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Now that Mohrmann's is affiliated with a national chain, they take most prescription plans, and prices are very competitive. I would wait most of the day, or two, or three for Wal-Mart to fill my prescriptions. Bruce at Wal-Mart is a good guy, but overwhelmed most days and unfortunately a lot of the staff just aren't with the program. Takes way, way too long to get meds. Now, I get a script, walk in to Mohrmann's and wait a few minutes and walk out. If you go to Wal-Mart or HEB now for your
