Our pharmacists are certified and highly trained to prepare any non-sterile compounds and are licensed PharmDs(Doctor of Pharmacy) with masters of science in quality assurance, quality control and regulatory affairs.
The preparation, mixing, assembling, altering, packaging, and labeling of a drug, drug-delivery device, or device in accordance with a licensed practitioner's prescription, medication order, or initiative based on the practitioner/patient/pharmacist relationship in the course of professional practice.We follow all the rules and regulations according to USP 795 Pharmaceutical Compounding-Non-sterile Preparations.

Medication Therapy Management (MTM) provides a broad range of health care services by the pharmacist. Our Pharmacist are well trained and certified MTM providers. It improves the therapeutic outcome for individual patients by managing their medications. What do I need to bring on my appointment? The Pharmacist will need to see all the medications(filled at any pharmacy), OTCs, herbals, blood sugar testing supplies.

Unit dose packaging for accurate medication administration ( blister packs, bubble packs).

Texan Pharmacy is absolutely the best.
Nick and the staff go out Of their way to help you.
On one occasion I arrived 15 minutes after the pharmacy closed, one of the staff members was in her car getting ready to leave when she saw me. She asked how can I help you? I told her what I needed and she said I can get for you. She unlocked the door and got what I needed. Wow! She didn’t have to do that, but she did.
On another occasion Nick called me after the store closed. He was working late and said he can have my prescription ready in a few minutes. I was so sick that he,

Absolutely best pharmacy ever. THEY DELIVER!! They always remember me by name and who my family members are, they always answer and I'm off the phone in minutes, Nick is absolutely so friendly and did I mention they deliver!! No more going to Walgreens waiting in line or going into Heb while I'm sick!

I really like this pharmacy. They know my name, send text messages reminding me about my prescriptions, and offer to deliver at no charge. I do not live that close so they deliver to my office, which is actually a little farther. Friendly, professional & take care of issues with both my doctor’s office & insurance. Win/Win

Nick and the staff are absolutely amazing. He always goes out of his way to help assist me. I live in Leander and continue to use them because of their excellent customer service. I have no idea how this pharmacy has so many good reviews. My experiences with Texan Pharmacy have left me absolutely SHOCKED that they're still in business. I worked for an independently owned pharmacy for 10 years. There's no way we would've still been in business if we operated like Texan. First, they delivered my RX to the wrong address, now they won't answer my calls so that I can PAY for my meds. I've left voicemails, text messages, etc. NOTHING.

I love this Pharmacy! Nick has the best demeanor and knows his customer's by name. They go out of their way to make sure you're not without your important medications. The turn around time is quick. If you can't get out to get your medications, they can be delivered to you. And I am so appreciative of the prices when insurance won't cover my medications. Thank you!!!

First and foremost, a pharmacy that offers delivery is incredible! WIth my work schedule this helped so much! Also, payment isn't required to receive your medicine which I found absolutely AMAZING!! I do believe in compliments and great reviews only but the only take away from this place was the customer service aspect. When I called today to pay for my prescription the young lady who I was dealing with was not happy. As she tried to take payment from me all she collected was my amount info! I was curious how she knew I was paying for my medication, when asked her to verify who I was she got extremely

I finished a doctor's appointment at Baylor, Scott & White in Lakeway, and decided to walk over to Texan Pharmacy. At the time of this post, they have only been open a few months. Their parent pharmacy is in Round Rock. Friendly, they do compounding, and they will deliver your prescription to you at home! They also have a few items for home needs. Lots of parking, lovely shopping center.

Exceptionally great service. They work really fast to help people get their meds as soon as possible. The people working their are very humble and always go out of their way to help families. They're also at a reasonable price in which I can afford to buy meds and supplies with or without insurance. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
