Jay and his teammates at The Real Estate Firm are a group of professionals that have advised me on market conditions and offered their expertise on best practices in their industry. My sister and I experienced a very difficult and emotional experience selling our mother's house. I don't know what we would have done without Jay and Pat.

In 2015, a small group of professionally trained, educated and experienced Realtors with the same idea that the client is the most important element of what we do every day, got together and decided it would be great to put together a small team that would all work together for the good of every client and bring with them the education and knowledge to protect the client and their investment through careful understanding of contracts and strong negotiation skills.
A native of Berkeley County, Mandy graduated from Mars Hill College with a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, with an emphasis in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration degree as well. Mandy has held positions with the American Red Cross as a Blood Services Coordinator, Director of Graduate Enrollment at Charleston Southern University and Regional Event Director for The March of Dimes.
After graduating from St. Johns Christian Academy, Amanda has spent a portion of her career life as a ER Nurse and building and doing property investments with her husband who is a general contractor. Amanda currently owns RAD Builders which specializes in new construction and remodeling which gives her a unique ability to educate Buyers and Sellers on properly remodeling a home to maximize your dollar.

Wendy Brock! Wendy Brock! Wendy Brock! If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. We first used Wendy back in 2017 when I moved to Charleston for a new job opportunity. When I tell you she looked out for our Best interest that's an understatement. She went above and beyond. So much so that we signed with here again when we sold that home to buy another and to eventually sell again. Over all Wendy helped us out 4 times. Not only was she a great realtor each time looking out for our Best interest but she also became a great friend. We are now living in Florida looking for our next home and wishing
