Current resident and by far the worst. You call no one answers. You have maintenance problems and they are slow especially on the weekends! They should have people on call, and they do, but nothing, ok! I understand there may be a lot going on BUT you can at least keep your Tenants Informed of what’s going on. My AC unit is not working AGAIN. My child turned pink!!!! Last night because it was so hot! You think I heard anything from them today, on a Monday? Nope! I even asked for a window unit, just so I could cool one room down and they have been silent! There’s nothing like communication!

After trying to refer a client to this company for a short term rental, I had no success in getting even a return call and neither did my client for many days. We could not get a prompt, simple or straight answer as to if a property that was advertised online was indeed a real and available unit to rent. We both left several messages for the supposed property manager Rinai without a return call.. Finally after waiting days and after applying online my client was told it was rented to someone else. Lack of communicaton was an issue and no actual person at the rental home to discuss things with.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Property manager Tanya Williams is horrible and unprofessional. After accepting a partial payment for rent she gave my 10 year old daughter a letter the very next day threatening an eviction process if not paid in full the following day. My child was traumatized and thought we were going to be homeless. This was an absolute deplorable act for any person to engage in, much less a supposed business professional. Not to mention it was a typed letter and not a legal document. They lie and change the rules as they go. Horrible experience. Thankfully I was able

Hi, I needed a place really quickly. I called Colonial Apartments in Summerville and spoke to Laura and told her what I needed. She met me the next day to show me the Apartment. She got the paperwork rolling and the next thing I know, I was moving in my new Apartment. Everything went smoothly and I recommend anybody needing a place to call Laura!
