Suite J Catering & Events started with a desire and passion in creating a unique style in catering. In 2013, our company led by Executive Chef, Jaimee Skinner, collaborated the classic French cooking techniques with her style of Asian cuisine while incorporating the seasonal flavors of the Pacific Northwest; introducing the first Modern Asian Catering establishment throughout Seattle, Bellevue, and the surrounding metropolitan area.
I got married 2 years ago and my guests still rave about the food and the wonderful staff! Everything was great, staff was so professional and the experience was overall amazing. I will definitely be using again to cater for our holiday and special events!
