Italian born Chef Danilo Amato's cuisine is inspired by the hills of Tuscany and the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. He is committed to using seasonal, organic ingredients from local farmers and producers whenever possible, and always offer gluten-free and dairy-free and vegetarian options. Chef Dani believes that food should be made from quality fresh ingredients, handled with care, and prepared at the height of freshness.
I used Amato Catering to host a work event at a private home recently.
