Sumits Yoga Columbia offers yoga classes for all levels that are both heated and non-heated. We also offer a full yoga retail boutique including apparel, mats, towels, as well as other yogi inspired products and accessories from the best brands in technical athletic apparel including lululemon, Manduka, Teeki, Beyond Yoga and many more!
All of our yoga classes are practiced to music and led by instructors that all hold a minimum of 200 hour certification from The Yoga Alliance. You can feel confident that the instruction you receive will be safe and have you in correct alignment during each and every posture! Classes are Vinyasa Flow, Bikram and Ashtanga inspired.

Services
Allow yourself some time every day to stop doing and start being. In other words, allow yourself to be present and then switch off, idle, or just stop. The world will still be there, carrying on as it is, while you give yourself some 'me' time to slow down and feel gratitude for all that you have in your life.
Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled class. Discuss any injuries or health issues with the teacher before class. Wear something you're comfortable sweating in. Breathable fabric is most desirable. Women mainly wear fitted capris or shorts and a sports bra or tank top. Men are normally most comfortable in shorts and a t-shirt.

We offer a variety of different class card and membership options, plus seasonal and new client specials. Community Classes are offered multiple times throughout the week. These are special discounted classes that are only $8.00. You can use your membership or class cards for Community Classes or choose to pay the discounted rate instead.
