This studio is fully equipped with weights, benches, rowing machines, punching bags, Bosu balls, TRX bands and more. Bootcamp & H.I.I.T workouts alternate daily (Upper Body, Lower Body, Full Body) while 10 Round Boxing provides endurance training.
The G-Force app allows you to embark on your fitness journey and keep tabs on your goals. Accurately track your progress including calories burned on a weekly and monthly basis. The owner is verbally abusive and threatening in his behavior. He appears to have serious anger issues and is mentally unstable. He yells at customers and hangs up on them. I wish I had read Yelp reviews before joining. Many customers have experienced this behavior from this person. His business should be shut down.
