I am a not a huge fan of the dentist. I was apprehensive about going to a new dentist, but I can say I was really impressed. The office was clean, newly remodeled and the staff was amazing. I had an absolute rock star, Bonnie, as my hygienist. Bonnie was patient and explained the entire procedure.
As I was walking up to pay, I realized I left my wallet at home. They were so nice, they said it was no worry and they would send me a statement.
As a person who really does not like the dentist, I would definitely go back to see the staff at Wallace Dentistry!

Just relocated to Idaho and was looking
for a new dentist. Liked what I saw on their website.
Had my first cleaning with Bonnie. Great sense of humor and gentle touch. Briefly met Dr. Wallace while he looked over my X-rays. Seems very personable and down to earth. I like that.
All in all, the staff is cheerful and super friendly, the office bright and clean and I was in and out in a timely manor.

I love Wallace Family Dentistry! For the past 5 years, they have helped my daughter through several unique dental challenges caused by cleft lip and palate. They go the extra mile to make sure she has the best care, beautiful results, and is comfortable. During her appointment today they went the extra mile and even provided a warm blanket on her lap when they thought she might be cold. Every staff member our family has interacted with has been friendly, organized, and efficient. If you need great dental care, go here!

I have had a pleasant experience each visit. The receptionist is professional, kind and friendly. The hygienists are all great. They do a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The dentists are kind and don't seem rushed and are willing to answer questions when asked. They all do a good job and I'm in and out of the office quickly.

Dr. Andrea Wallace is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist. Ashley is a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Technitian. I needed a crown and was very apprehensive because of a bad experience I had at another dentist in another state. Dr. Wallace and Ashley explained the need for and benefit of the crown in an easy to understand manner that calmed all my anxiety. They did a wonderful job on my crown and it is all done in-house with state of the art equipment. Kelley the receptionist/office manager does a great job too making appointments and explaining the fees and payments. Wallace Family

They were wonderful. treated me as a valued customer. had a problem with one of my cavities being too deep, and instead of going straight for the root canal, they drilled it and got as close as they could without exposing the nerve. they were able to get the cavity out and save my tooth. they were AWESOME
