Our well and septic inspections meet all FHA Standards and our inspectors are North Carolina certified. With Precision Home Inspection, Inc., a well and septic inspection includes evaluating and testing every major component to ensure each system is functioning properly. Do not put too much water into the septic system; typical water use is about 50 gallons per day for each person in the family.

Can only recommend Gavin. He was very meticulous during his inspection and made sure to check every little detail. Afterwards, he took the time to explain everything and made sure that every concern, no matter how small, i may have had was addressed. He made sure i was ease the entire time. He takes pride in his jobs and makes sure that his clients understand what they're up against. His report from the inspection is detailed and thorough.

I have been using Precision Home Inspection for years and have always been happy with the quality and service provided. The customer service from Leanne was phenomenal. Setting an appointment was easy, and inspections and reports were completed in a timely manner. I had well, water quality and septic inspections. The reports were thorough and I appreciated Gavin taking the time to speak to me about the issues. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Great experience! Gavin was punctual, kind and very thorough! He took several hours to inspect the home and within 48 hours had a detailed report of the home with the defects listed in order of priority and the appropriate professional to contact. He made arrangements for termite inspection as well which was great because it was one less thing I had to do. I would recommend Precision Home inspection to anyone and I would certainly use their services again.

We recently used Precision Home Inspection for our home purchase. This was our 3rd home purchase and one of the best inspections we've had. The report was very well written and organized with plenty of pictures to illustrate the conditions. I really liked that the report summary that itemized all the suggested corrective actions in order of priority (high-med-low). This was really helpful in negotiations with the sellers on repairs. We had the septic and well inspected as well along with water testing. Precision's team made sure we had everything we needed and were very responsive when we had questions
