My car broke down and I needed a tow, I didnt know who to call but decided to pick this place bc it was the only towing company with more than 2 stars. Now I know why, John was so pleasant and helpful in my frantic state. Really calmed me down and even gave me some recommendations for automatic shops he trusts. If you need a tow car this Twins Towing!!

The man who spoke on the phone was totally rude and disrespectful by starting a sarcastic conversation to me plus making fun of my accent . So I tried to speed up my vocal voice to make sure he would understand clearly but sadly he kept starting to play and make more a joking on our conversation. Not sure how he has passed a standard training procedure. He should have took more class on giving a polite conversation over the phone with a customer who has paid for an expensive service . 😅 this negative comment is based on a phone operator service only .

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
Car was out of commission, called to have the car towed to an auto shop.
Had a tow truck out to me in less than 45 minutes. Technician was really friendly and knowledgeable about my issue. Reasonable fee to tow it to the shop. Very painless and will use them again for any future issues I might have.

I didnt have the choice of who I had tow my car. I called my road side assistance as I was broke down. Took the driver no time at all to get there after the call and the driver was personable and professional. I wish I had gotten his name but I was in a bit of a hurry. So I have to apologize to the driver that helped me. Picked me up at 6112 Franconia Rd on 11/5 whoever you may be. The service was fantastic and I have to thank you...note to his boss...he needs a raise. Thanks again.

This company is all about standing behind what is said. I called and received a pleasant person on the phone who took down my information gave me a price and gave me a window when the tow truck will arrive. It happened just as he said and they didn't change the price. The tow truck driver was super friendly nice and helpful. The experience was so amazing that I already called friends to let them know. I 300% recommend Twins Towing and Recovery LLC to everyone in need of towing.
