Unity Towing & Trucking

My 2018 Wrx needed to be towed five minutes down the road to the dealership for repair. The only caveat: the car was stuck in gear (clutch was gone) and it’s an AWD car. I had to call five different companies before I came upon Unity Towing. The other companies sent their driver and even though I made sure to tell them the situation they came unprepared. Some of those five just told me no and left. The driver that took my car was freaking amazing and I wish I knew his name! He was professional and treated my car like his own. Will definitely recommend Unity to anyone with modified cars for hauls

Required AAA towing service to a nearby favorite auto repair to replace a failed alternator. Excellent towing service! The technician was professional and clear with instructions to get my SUV on the bed of the truck and to dismount my car at the auto repair shop. Received a courteous and pleasant ride-along too. The gentleman was a friendly and professional assist to me and my car.

Called aaa fr a tow and unity didn’t even tow my car no phone call no communication and then y’all charged me for a tow when you didn’t get the car in the first place like come on

I contacted Unity Towing to relocate two Toyota FJ60 Land Cruisers and a FJ62 rolling chassis. Oscar relocated all vehicles to my new property with no damage. Oscar encountered some challenges with the Land Cruiser that was mounted on dollies but had the knowledges and skill set to get the job done. I highly recommend Unity Towing since OSCAR N. & UNITY TOWING EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!!!

Had an 8 a.m. appointment. Driver called at 7:40 and 7:41 a.m. I didn't even hear it as I was getting dressed in another room. (I wouldn't have picked up anyway as I wasn't expecting a call from the driver that far in advance. Plus, I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize or am expecting. Ten minutes ahead, sure. Twenty? Not.) Was at my car waiting at 7:50 a.m. Received a text at 8:03 a.m. saying the truck was about 5 minutes away. No show. At 8:30 a.m., called dispatch where I learned about the two phone calls and the appointment cancellation.

Driver was dispatched through my AAA Road Service. Arrived in less than 20 minutes and were prompt to the stated arrival time. Driver was very courteous and friendly. I would be happy to use Unity Towing again 👍

The technician kept in good communication with me and arrived well in advance of the AAA estimate which was wonderful. He was very cautious with me car when getting it on the tow truck. And was professional and courteous and used excellent COVID protocols.

Prompt response. Professional service. Came fully prepared. The car had been sitting for 4 months and got the Jumpstart first try.

The driver Kevin took one last call for the night when he could of been off. That last call was for me. Kevin was outstanding and very respectful. Way to go Unity Towing. You’re only as good as your employees and Kevin was a good representative for your company

My vehicle which would not start was parked in a full parking lot and thank goodness Malcom was my towing expert! He did an amazing job getting my car pulled out of the space and on to the tow bed. When he said that it took awhile but that we got it, all I could say was “that was amazing!!” He never got mad/upset and just kept going with a smile on… his face. Malcom, thank you bunches for all your hard work and dedication! I have never seen someone get a vehicle out of such a tight and difficult spot in my life, especially at 1:30am. I really appreciate your help!

Amazing company with incredible honesty and integrity. My family was in the middle of an out of town move when our Uhaul jackknifed in the hotel parking lot. We were totally stuck and there was no one who could help. Habib and his staff quickly got us unstuck and back on the road. I highly recommend this company and their services. The prices are so reasonable and the staff is amazing.

Raymond came to tow my car from lorton to manassas. He was so friendly and kept me talking all the way home. He was very professional. He is a great asset to your company.
