I have a special needs dog requiring three specially compounded medications. I was utilizing the vet recommended pharmacy and the prices skyrocketed for no apparent reason. I contacted GPS Pharmacy to see if they could help, and not only were they able to fill the prescriptions, but they were able to flavor them to my dog's liking as well. What's even better is they were half the costs of what I was paying. The staff's professionalism and all around kindness blew me out of the water. There is something very wrong with a business who is deleting the low rating reviews.
My experience started off just fine, I was happy with the same day turnaround. My problem was a device that houses and controlled the medication dosage, it isn't very good and you cannot travel with it as the incorrect dosage will not be dispensed. For the first two weeks I thought and then had proof I didn't get the accurate dosage dispensed but I continued using it. By the time I called I was offered my next refill early at a discounted rate. No problem.
The second refill worked fine until I packed in a travel

This pharmacy has always gone above and beyond for me whether it's medications for my husband and I or medication for my dog Rocky I know I can always count on GPS Pharmacy. The staff is super friendly and they know me by name which is such a personal touch that shows exceptional customer service. CVS would NEVER do that. I have never had a bad experience with this pharmacy. Both of the pharmacist Julya and Aleks take the time to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. I will never shop at any other pharmacy that's not GPS. Thank you for all you do!

Absolutely the BEST compounding pharmacy in NC! The staff I've encountered there were so compassionate and understanding! They were also so quick and fairly priced. I've never had any issues with this pharmacy unlike how it can be with CVS, Walgreens, or Stanley's (you know what I'm talking about, that CVS that never answers the phone? Yeah, you'll never have to experience that crap with GPS cause they always put customer service and patient safety first!). Julya is literally one of the sweetest pharmacists I've ever met. UPDATE: Julya never once offered to help me find another pharmacy, why would she when THE LAST CONVERSATION with her was that I agreed to use a different filling method, all Julya needed was the new prescription from my doctor. It was during her conversation with my doctor that things were not communicated correctly. When I called back to GPS, Julya was nasty and told me she wasn't filling my prescription, no reason given. It made no sense other than crazy and judging by the harassment I've gotten from this woman over MY experience and her not telling a shred of truth I wouldn't

One of my dogs has 6 different medications that he takes. I have always used online pet pharmacy’s and Walgreens for his meds. Over a three year period that has added up and has always been a very stressful task. Not anymore. Every staff member I have spoken to over the past two days has gone above and beyond. Even to find lower prices and getting me my dogs medications in a timely manner. They offer delivery through them same day or through ups if you aren’t in a rush. I will never go anywhere else again for his medications. Thank you for everything you do for both your human and animal patients

Extremely caring and responsive people. Fast, reliable service. I work with them on prescription medications to compound for our cat. Julia and Alex are top notch. I have talked with several staff members and they all keep each other informed on questions, take the time to research questions about compounding medications, respond thoroughly, and explain options in detail.

STELLAR service, CARING employees, very attentive and grounded. I love that they work with their customers to be sure the scripts are never not on time and the patient is covered. Prices are more than fair, and competitive, with volume discounts. I have used a lot of compounding pharms, and these guys have been the Best. They know your name and your conditions. I'm always taken off guard at how friendly and helpful EVERYONE is who both answers the phone and checks me out. They make sure you are COMPLETELY satisfied, help with pricing, and flavors for my compound meds. They even provide same day delivery to your front door -- just can't find service like that these days, what a jewel to find a business that will personally cater to your needs !!!

I am so grateful for the GPS Pharmacy in Matthews. My beloved cat needs a compounded medication. Since switching to GPS, Patton's condition has improved. He is stable and enjoying life (at age 18 yr!).
