Very happy we found Blue Iris - i live on the mainland and send flowers often so its wonderful to find a classy florist to depend on. Delivery to their address has gh above Honolulu not a problem either. Ordered the Orange Sherbet arrangement and was not disappointed. The Blue Iris did a wonderful job with this arrangement.

I know nothing of flowers, and needed a last minute bouquet of purple irises for a birthday gift.
They were friendly and direct and asked me how much I would like to spend! This I really appreciated because I have no clue when it comes to the prices of flowers. They delivered the beautiful bouquet same day with a bday card ðŸ˜.

Severely disappointed for a supposed mother's day delivery for my mother-in-law. Ordered through BloomNation on May 9. Called from Bahrain on May 10 from 11 a.m. Hawaii time and spoke to Mr. Mike several times to ensure that the flowers get delivered and I was assured that everything is right and it is on its way, but it is sad to know that it did not reach. If ever they will deliver it tomorrow, I will still say thank you but they should do better for their other customers and fulfil. My friends in Honolulu surprised me and all their friends and family with a live-streamed wedding during the pandemic. Moments into realizing we were about to see them get married, I googled a florist open near where they live and WOW did i luck out!!! Mike at the Blue Iris walked me through some options, listened to what I was looking for, created an artful arrangement, and hand delivered it within hours of their ceremony, delivered to them on their wedding day with a personalized note. Great customer service. Put the order in on Saturday for delivery on Monday. This was on mothers day weekend.They were the only florist that took my order. They contacted me on the day of delivery to inform me they didn't have the color flowers that matched their picture of the order but offered me different color choices. They delivered on time and the arrangement was beautiful!. I will be using them in the future for all my flower orders.

They did a beautiful job on this and went above and beyond by including an additional vase with another arrangement to add some color to give this a more "birthday" look.
I ordered this plant all the way from Canada , for my sister in hawaii, so I really appreciated receiving a picture of the actual arrangement, before it was sent out.
I will definitely order from Blue Iris again and like that they offer flowers and plants with a more unique and modern look than the generic and cheap vases/ arrangements that are everywhere else on the internet.

This was my first experience with the company. At first I was a bit apprehensive about booking after looking at the reviews but everyone deserves a chance/shot right? And, if all fails I just wouldnt be a repeat customer. But, let me tell you I'll definitely use them in the future and I'll also recommend them as well. I placed an order through bloomnation, spent a total of $92 with "delivery". Not only did the flowers look NOTHING like the one pictured, the delivery guy couldn't find my home! Therefore I offered to pick them up at the shop since I was in town. Moments later received a call that they broke my order and had to remake it. Never will I go through these guys again. Waste of hard earned money and a way to ruin ones Mother's Day.

Mike and his business partner at the Blue Iris was BEYOND amazing! They literally took my dream and brought it to life! I supplied the vases and vision and they executed it better than I could have ever have hoped to do. They even provided real petals for my grandmother to throw as my flower lady (yes I had my grandma as a flower girl :D) They delivered and set up perfectly, and I have brought my bouquet all the way from the wedding in Hawaii to Ohio where we live now and it is currently drying because I can't part with it. Ordered a $100+ bouquet via BloomNation to be delivered to her workplace on Valentine's Day. Gave very clear delivery instructions. Even called Mike the Florist moments after ordering to confirm everything was a-okay. He reassured me so.
Close to the end of business hours on Valentine's Day, I called Mike the Florist who again reassured me it'll be delivered within the hour. Was it? Eight hours later, I get a delivery notice. No details on when or where or who.

The entire experience with this company has been TERRIBLE- they did not make what I requested, they had poor communication and customer service and are very expensive. I called well in advance to place my order so it would have been easy for them to contact me if they couldn't fill my order correctly. After being told they would call me back that night, I waited over 2 days and finally called them again. I called both numbers that are listed on their website and left messages.
