Our humble beginnings date back to 1938, where a combined effort of East Oahu farmers and a Kailua papaya cooperative pulled together to develop a farmer-focused business entity. As the organization grew and the needs of the community changed, we began to shift our attention away from farming over to home gardening.

Slow-growing clumping palm, native of the Indonesian rainforests, with red leaves and trunk. Grows up to 25' tall! Understory palm, native to Maroantsetra region of Madagascar, with unique bow-tie leaflets.
