I would highly recommend Xspect Pro to anyone building a new home, in particular, or considering the purchase of an existing home. Xspect Pro Inspection Service was the best ever. A must on new construction; first a Pre-Drywall Inspection followed up with a absolute final inspection (punch-list) This company was more thorough than any company or service that I've used in over a dozen home inspections. FYI, Christopher was the young man who spent over 4 hours on each of the inspections. Thank Goodness I hired Xspectpro Inspection Services. I can be contacted for verification of my opinion.

My husband and I just recently used their service to have a Wind Mitigation Inspection performed, which we had been trying to get this done for months, without hearing back from a different company. I am so grateful for the quick responsiveness of this company and their ability to perform this Type of inspection promptly. Xspect Pro was amazing! Our home was a new build and Xspect Pro did such an amazing job. They were very thorough with their inspection and caught the tiniest of things. They were always professional and there to answer my 100's of questions. They did our pre-dry wall inspection and our final inspection. Even after our home was built and we closed, they were still there to answer our questions and do a follow up inspection. This is definitely the company you want to go with when inspecting your home!

Shawn is absolutely the best in the business! He was very thorough, professional and so very courteous. We are in the process of buying our first home and he pointed out things we would have never noticed. The report is very detailed and uses color photos making it easy to understand. The lady who works with him is also so friendly and very helpful. It was a delight working with them. I will definitely be recommending them in the future.

Shawn was professional, friendly, and responsive from the first contact. He was able to schedule our home inspection quickly at a time that was convenient for us. He was quick to respond to texts and emails leading up to the inspection.
At the actual inspection, he was incredibly thorough. Throughout the process, he updated me on things he found, and helped me to understand the level of expertise required to remediate each issue. When an active leak showed up, he took the time to take measurements and videos. He even called the seller's agent to report this major issue.

Shawn is a find. So thorough, responsive, and friendly. He just goes above and beyond. We contracted Shawn for a mid point and final inspection on our new construction home. Not only did he show up at 8am for the first inspection when I called him at 4pm the previous day when my builder gave me last minute notice that it was mid point inspection time, but he called me as soon as it was over for a full synopsis of his report.
