We rented a place for the weekend through AirBnB that was managed by K & K. Definitely do NOT recommend, especially during COVID times. The place was obviously not professionally cleaned and did not provide basic cleaning supplies - no paper towels, no hand soap, no dish soap. They expect their guests to do all the cleaning, including taking the trash to the dumpster that was filthy and already too full. So in addition to paying a $200 cleaning fee, you will also be spending a few hours cleaning the place yourself and then putting yourself more at risk for COVID. when we showed up at the packed

!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I rented a place from this property management for a year. To start off the property had rats and we weren't notify until we saw one in the garage. The property management knew about this because when we told them about it and they didn't deny it. We also discovered they had left rat poison in the garage signs that they were aware of the rat problems before we moved in. There was mold around the kitchen window which they just painted over. This company is very dishonest!I rented for less than a year as a single woman, no pets, no kids so the house was spotless. I was often not there and I had it professionally cleaned for 450. They withholed 2000 and charged me for painting and shampooing carpets. The lease stated

I have had Two different clients use Kathy and Kay. They are very through and focused on performance. Their walk through of the property was extremely detailed. The cleaners they use are very good. They do a lot more than just dust and vacuum. We worked together to get a rental on the market and when I took the listing they had the property painted, re-carpeted and cleaned. They were efficient and tried to accommodate everyone.

Borderline fraudulent company with abysmal track record for landlords. Their staff is nice, but the level of service not. The maintain staff has been caught double charging for a service and hiding that cost in invoices and charges are unlabel. Major projects go undone for long time span and this highly affects the happiness of tenants.
One of my tenants reported a repair man showed up and did nothing for an hour and left without finishing anything complete. The better business bureau has had complaints filed against the company and their tactics, and they will have complaints filed with the CA

Rented a place from K&K for a year lease .. very disappointed in the way they handled all issues. From the start we told them all the issues we thought needed repair. After living in the place for over a month I fixed the leaking bathroom faucet... because they didn't come to fix it. We're in California ..water is a big thing.. so a leaking faucet is not ok. It took them 6 month to replace the dishwasher that leaked water all over the kitchen floor. We repeatedly told them the neighbors were very loud and always stomping. These property managers only care about the owners and their own bottom line. We have been renting from them for over a year and a half. They didn't mention until after we had put a deposit down and signed the lease that the previous tenant moved out because of their property being robbed at gun point. Think that is something worth mentioning to tenants. We have reported numerous acts of vandalism to them and asked them to install motion activated lights as a deterrent. They will not allow you to install anything yourself. They won't do anything. Pretty terrible property management firm

When I found a property on-line that was being managed through K&K Property Management, I sent in the notification to get more information on the property. I was given a call by Liz within 24 hours. I found Liz to be very professional and easy to talk with. She took the extra time to answer the 1,000 questions that I had and was very patient in explaining their process to me. She did explain that the property had a waiting list and asked if I wanted to be placed on the waiting list. These 2 are a joke.... I moved out of my place in 2009/10 and left if in pristine condition, however they charged me for leaving the "entry threshold" dirty... I had never even heard of this area before this (the bottom of the entry door, metal frame that sits between the front door and the outside elements).... They have a requiring AT LEAST 24 hours notice to show a property to a prospective tenant...
There tenant reviews on other review sites show this is how they do business with all of their tenants.

I have to say I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE trying to rent a property from them. They were very professional I give them that. I agree with one review about being bullies.... I was made to feel like a second class citizen when looking at a property and trying to go through the rental process. She made me cry.I have a great job I have been at for a LONG time, great rental history and a little bad credit and I was not good enough.
