We had water damage and needed one box of the flooring type that we had previously purchased from these guys
These guys had one box and refused to sell it to us unless we bought 4-500 sf of a different type that didn't match. Our flooring had been discontinued and nobody else could find even one box.

I would have given them a zero if that was an option. We bought nice carpeting. Floors Touch contracted the installation, which covered the stairway and throughout the 2nd floor. A year later the carpeting was seriously rippling, caused by poor installation. After deeper inspection, I found the installers didn't add a tact strip in many areas. As such the carpeting needs to be stretched and tact strips need to be added.
I went into the store, spoke with Marcus and told him the problem. I understand I'll call you, is what I was told. Never a call back, no action.

We tried to submit this earlier but for some reason, it did not go through. We were referred to Floors Touch, specifically Abraham, but family, who had used him previously. We are here to sing the praises of Abraham and what he has done for our family. Abraham was nothing but courteous, helpful, giving and responsive. So easy to deal with!! I only needed carpet replaced in one bedroom, but they treated me with the same priority as if I needed flooring for my entire house. I walked into the store on a Thursday at noon, Marcos came to measure that afternoon and I had the carpet installed by the following Thursday. So very happy and would definitely use them again in the future for any home improvement needs!!

Adriel and his crew did a phenomenal job installing our engineered wood floors. They undercut 2 fireplaces and lots of brick making the flooring look like it has always been here. We have small steps in several areas that came out perfect. Adriel and his crew work for Floors Touch - great products and professional installation at its best.

Floors Touch did an amazing job. They replaced every floor in my house upstairs and downstairs. They also replaced my countertops with granite, painted my kitchen & bathroom cabinets, and completely remodeled my master bathroom. They were recommended by our realtor and we reached out to set up a quote. Abe came to our new home to take measurements quickly, as we were short on time. We followed him to his showroom and he helped us match our existing wood floors. He planned out removing all the carpets and replacing with matching floor and resurfacing and staining our existing floor to match. We hired Floors Touch in May 2021 to completely remodel our master bathroom. Marcos was amazing from the moment I first met him in the store. He was so patient and answered all of my questions. He was there during the whole process when I had questions during the remodel.

After getting several bids and meeting with various contractors, we hired Floors Touch to do a complete kitchen remodel for us and all new flooring. We chose this company based on the excellent customer serviced we received from Abraham from start to finish. He was always a phone call away. The quality of our new cabinets is unbelievable. Such workmanship, I almost did not want to paint them, as they were just gorgeous. We ordered new granite counters and tile backsplash and love every bit of it. We purchased a home in McKinney from out of town and had some new floors laid. Unfortunately the freeze busted a piper an we needed to replace the whole lower level. Marcos has been great, the pricing is fair and Juan's team and installers are doing a great job .. again. We will be contracting them for tile floors and backsplash next.

Marco is a miracle worker! We bought a house and had a very short timeline to make changes. I am not good at picking out colors/styles - Marco recommended certain floors and backsplash styles which, I must say, completely transformed the house! I'm so happy with our new space. The vinyl floors are great (at half the price of the big box stores for carpet removal/install) and the kitchen backsplash matches the house to a T. I wanted to love this place, but until the owner hires better installers, I'm afraid the customer experience will be hit or miss. My husband and I went to Floors Touch based on the number of positive reviews it received online. When we walked into the store, the owner (Abraham) greeted us quickly. We explained that we were looking for new carpet for our upstairs and he suggested an option that was currently 40% off. We shopped around and found Floors Touch on accident while trying to get a bite to eat. We were really impressed with the friendliness and knowledge that was shown to us by our sales rep. He came out, measured, and gave us a quote. It was out of our price range...not because they were more expensive than other companies, but more out of our misguided expectations
