We wanted to install luxury vinyl on our staircase, upstairs hall, and one office. Elegant Floors and Sammy, the owner were easy to work with to find the right product to complement our downstairs floors. Once we decided, the order was placed. Supply chain problems delayed the delivery of materials (not unusual these days). Once the material arrived, the installation was scheduled quickly and work started right away. The team, led by Jimmy, did a professional, friendly, meticulous, and artistic job. Our staircase has a turn in it and the care taken to measure, remeasure and get the correct angles

I was hesitant to get a bid on the remodel of my kitchen with such a modest budget. Sammy assured me that my budget would fuel a wonderful transformation. His staff that executed the work were friendly, considerate, professional and skilled. They eliminated a dated peninsula and added a beautiful island. After moving here from VA, we didn't know where to start for the kitchen & bathroom remodels we wanted to complete. We got referrals from our Realtor & neighbors, but every Contractor we contacted either didn't get back to me, or couldn't start the job for many months, or gave us ridiculously high pricing! We recently had an opportunity to upgrade our bathrooms with new countertops and tile. We used Elegant Floors McKinney upon reference from a friend. They gave us a competitive price and were easy to work with on tile and counter selection. The bathrooms turned out beautifully and the work was quality work. While I would give the work 5 stars, we did encounter some problems with scheduling and communication that caused some delays.

The ONLY reason I give this company four stars because the job did eventually get done and I am happy with the result. Sammie helped me tackle a kitchen remodel... his company refinished the cabinets and installed new backsplash. I enjoyed working with Sammy and his communication skills were on point, but he has to hire new contractors... they were incredibly sloppy.
First of all, their first attempt at staining was an absolutely botched. I had to have Sammy tell them to redo it all because there were streak marks, blotches, and missed spots all throughout.
