We were referred to him by a friend for a reason; thorough, honest home inspection. Professional experience. We were also able to do a phone review of the inspection results right prior to him leaving the property instead of us having to meet with him in person at the property.

Luis came to inspect an older property built in the 1950's to ensure things were okay before purchasing, and he was extremely kind, punctual, and even came back a 2nd day at no charge to test for Lead Paint (which was accidentally left out of the original inspection). after the inspection he explained everything thoroughly.
The inspection report was ready immediately after payment, and was viewable as a PDF as well as online with photos, reference numbers, and notes on everything.

Luis and his assistant did an amazing job identifying every possible finding in our new home. My husband and I are very picky, and had already noted quite a few things that needed to be corrected, but Luis went above and beyond! He identified every one of our concerns plus more! He even took the extra time to document issues that were simply cosmetic, which typically wouldn’t be part of the inspection process unless a safety hazard was present.
